In the Black Desert Online Music module, each playlist has a toggle next to its name: ◉ = active | ○ = inactive. You can enable multiple playlists at the same time — songs from all active playlists are combined.
What do Shuffle and Loop mean? ∨
🔀 Shuffle = Plays songs in random order 🔁 Loop All = Repeats the entire playlist 🔂 Loop One = Repeats the current song
How do I favorite a track? ∨
Click the ❤ heart icon on the track. Favorites are saved to your account. You can also share tracks using the share icon.
Can I share a song with friends? ∨
Yes! Click the share icon on any track. This generates a link that opens the Black Desert Online Music module with that song loaded.
⏰ WORLD BOSS TIMER
Which timezones are supported? ∨
The World Boss Timer supports EU, NA, and UTC. When UTC is selected, you can choose whether to base it on EU or NA schedules.
What does the glow effect on the timer mean? ∨
Under 60 seconds until boss spawn, the timer lights up with a glow effect — that's your cue to log in and get ready!
How do sound alerts work? ∨
Click the 🔊 speaker icon to open the Boss Sound Settings panel. There you can: • Select Bosses: Choose which of the 14 bosses trigger alerts • Alert Times: Enable/disable alerts for each milestone (60, 45, 30, 15, 10, 5, 3, 1 min, Spawned) • Around alerts: When enabled, you also get alerts within ±2.5 min (for 10 min+) or ±1 min (for 3–5 min) of a milestone. No around alerts for 1 min and Spawned. All settings are saved automatically.
How do I navigate the weekly schedule? ∨
Use the ◀ ▶ arrows to switch between weeks. Click ⟳ to reset to the current week. The WEEK button cycles between Day, Week, and Month views.
What is LIVE mode? ∨
Click the ⊙ LIVE button to highlight the current or next upcoming boss. The timer auto-updates every second with the real countdown.
💬 WORLD CHAT
Who can see my messages in World Chat? ∨
World Chat is visible to all logged-in BDO HUB members across all guilds. It's the global community channel.
Why can't I send messages? ∨
Possible reasons: • Chat mute: You received a strike (see strike system in Terms) • Account pending: Your account hasn't been approved yet • Connection issue: Refresh the page If muted, you can submit an unban request.
Can I use emojis in chat? ∨
Yes! Click the 😀 emoji icon next to the chat input to open the emoji picker. You can search and browse emojis by category.
⚔️ GUILD CHAT
Who can see Guild Chat messages? ∨
Guild Chat is visible only to members of your guild. If you are in "Solo" status (no guild), the Guild Chat module is not available.
How do I switch guild chat context (Admin)? ∨
Admins (super_admin) can use the ⚑ DEV guild switcher to view any guild's chat. This is part of the God Mode feature.

What is Zero Hub? ∨
Zero Hub is an embedded community interface with channels, direct messages, and member lists. It provides real-time communication beyond the standard chat modules.
How do I select a channel in Zero Hub? ∨
Click "SELECT A CHANNEL" and choose from the available channels. Use the search field to find specific channels quickly.
🎤 VOICE
What is the Voice module? ∨
The Voice module provides in-browser voice communication using WebRTC. You can join voice channels and talk with other members without leaving BDO HUB.
How do I join a voice channel? ∨
Click the green status indicator to connect. You'll need to allow microphone access when your browser prompts you. Use the dropdown to select available voice channels.
How do I mute or deafen myself? ∨
Use the microphone icon to mute (stop sending audio) and the headphones icon to deafen (stop receiving audio). The green dot indicates you're connected.
👥 MEMBERS ONLINE
What does the Members Online module show? ∨
It displays all members of your guild who are currently online. Each entry shows the username, rank badge, and activity status.
Can I sort or filter members? ∨
Click the column headers (ROLE, STATUS, etc.) to sort members. Admins can search, filter by guild, and manage user roles directly from this module.

What news sources are shown? ∨
Global News aggregates official BDO news and guild-specific news. Use the BDO NEWS and GUILD NEWS tabs to switch between sources.
Can I submit news? ∨
Admins and guild masters can publish guild news. Official BDO news is automatically aggregated from official sources.

What are BDO Music Charts? ∨
BDO Music Charts rank all songs in the Black Desert Online Music module by popularity. Use the PLAYS button to sort by play count, or DURATION to sort by total listening time.
🎁 BDO COUPON VAULT
What is the Coupon Vault? ∨
The Coupon Vault collects active and expired BDO coupon codes. Filter by region (ALL, EU, NA, SEA, KR, GLOBAL) and switch between Active and Expired tabs.
How do I redeem a coupon? ∨
Two ways: 1. In-game: Press ESC → Pearl Shop → Coupon, then enter the code 2. Website: Visit the official BDO coupon redemption page (link provided at the bottom of the module)

What can I watch in the Streams module? ∨
The Streams module supports three types: • Public TV: Community-wide streams • Private TV: Member-submitted streams • Guild Stream: Guild-specific streams Supports both Twitch and YouTube.
How do I add my own stream? ∨
Click "+ Add Stream", select your platform (Twitch or YouTube), paste your channel URL, and save. The channel name auto-fills from the URL. Mark it as "Featured" to highlight it.

What can I do with Notes? ∨
Create and organize text notes in folders. Use "+ Note" for a new note, "+ Folder" for a new folder. Notes auto-save as you type. Delete notes with the "Del" button.
What does the Calculator do? ∨
Switch to the CALC tab for an in-browser calculator. It supports standard arithmetic operations — useful for quick gear score or enhancement cost calculations.

What is the Guild Board? ∨
The Guild Board is a bulletin board for your guild. Members can read posts, and authorized users can create new posts with the "+ NEW POST" button.
Who can create posts? ∨
Guild masters, officers, and admins can create and publish posts. All guild members can read them.

What does the Guild Recruitment module do? ∨
It lets guilds manage their recruitment presence with three tabs: • BROWSE: View all guilds currently recruiting • LISTING: Manage your guild's recruitment listing (requirements, intro, slots, class preferences) • APPS: Review applications from players wanting to join
How do I set up my guild's listing? ∨
Go to the LISTING tab. Fill in your guild intro, minimum level, minimum gear score, available slots, class preferences, and contact info. Toggle "Recruiting Status" to open or close recruitment.

What is the BDO Validator? ∨
The BDO Validator checks if a Family Name (and optionally Guild Name) exists on the BDO servers. Select region (EU or NA), enter the family name, and click "Validate". Results show guild membership and character details.
What is the recent lookups list? ∨
The validator keeps a history of your recent lookups so you can quickly re-check previously searched family names.

How do I move modules? ∨
Hold the ⠿ grip icon in the module header and drag it to the desired position.
How do I change a module's width and height? ∨
Width: Drag the → arrow on the right edge of the module (12-column grid, from 1/12 to 12/12) Height: Drag the ↕ arrow on the bottom edge (snaps in 50px increments)
What does the Zoom button ⊕ do? ∨
Enlarges the module's content without changing its layout size. Click multiple times to cycle through zoom levels (85%–150%).
How do I save my dashboard layout? ∨
Go to Settings → Dashboard Layout → Save Layout. Your module arrangement, sizes, and zoom levels are saved to your account.
What is Zen Mode? ∨
Zen Mode minimizes all distractions and focuses on a single module. Activate it from the navigation menu. Click "Exit Zen" to return to the normal dashboard.

How do I change my profile picture? ∨
Settings → Profile → Upload an image (JPG, PNG, or WEBP, max 5MB). You can crop it with the avatar cropper. Alternatively, enter an external image URL.

How do I switch design templates? ∨
Settings → Design Templates → Choose from available themes (Zero, BDO Gold, Void, Blood, Matrix, Ice, Silver, Rose Gold). Admins can create and save custom designs.

Visibility Protocols control which modules are visible on your dashboard. Toggle individual modules on or off in Settings → Visibility Protocols.
What does "Looking For Guild" mean? ∨
If you're a Solo player looking for a guild, enable this in Settings. Your profile will appear in the Guild Recruitment module for guild recruiters to find.
