§ 1 SCOPE

These terms apply to the use of the BDO HUB Community Hub, operated by IT World Invest as a private, non-commercial project. By registering, you agree.

§ 2 REGISTRATION

• Free and voluntary
• Minimum age 13
• Keep credentials confidential
• One account per person

§ 3 CODE OF CONDUCT

• No hate speech or discrimination
• No illegal content
• No spam
• No sharing of others' personal data
• Be respectful — it's a game!

§ 4 STRIKE SYSTEM

• Strike 1: 5 minute chat mute
• Strike 2: 1 hour chat mute
• Strike 3: 24 hour chat mute
• Strike 4: Community ban (only an admin can lift it)

Strikes are automatically deleted after 7 weeks without a violation. Unban requests are possible.

§ 5 PRIVACY

According to our privacy statement in the Imprint. Logs are deleted after 7 days.

§ 6 LIABILITY

As a private community project, we are not liable for damages arising from platform use.
